Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The sites korobium.com and korobium.ru are run by Nasim Nasimovich Korobkin, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (Taxpayer ID 770481800917, OGRNIP 326508100472602), referred to below as the operator. This policy explains what personal data the operator processes, why, and what rights you have. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

2. What data is processed

The site has no forms. The operator processes:

• Your messages, if you choose to write on Telegram or call: your name or username, contact details and whatever you include in the message.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, the referring page and actions on the page, collected by Yandex Metrica.
• Technical data recorded by the web server for every request: IP address, date and time, page address, response code, browser (User-Agent) and referring page.

The operator does not ask for and does not process special categories of data or biometric data.

3. Why

• To answer your message, discuss the task and prepare a proposal at your request.
• To conclude and perform a contract with you or the organisation you represent.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site running and secure.

4. Legal grounds

• Messages: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.
• Analytics: your consent, given in the cookie window and withdrawable at any time.
• Technical data: the operator's legitimate interest in protecting the site, provided your rights are not overridden.

5. Where data is stored and who receives it

The site and its server logs are hosted in the Russian Federation. Analytics data is processed on the operator's behalf by Yandex LLC (Russia) as part of Yandex Metrica. The operator does not sell personal data and does not share it with anyone for their own purposes; data is disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.

6. How long

• Messages: until the purpose is reached. If no contract follows, they are deleted within 30 days; if it does, they are kept for the term of the contract and the record-keeping periods set by law.
• Analytics data: until you withdraw consent, and no longer than Yandex Metrica's own retention periods.
• Server logs: no longer than 30 days, then deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data the operator holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, restricted or deleted, and withdraw consent. Cookie consent is changed with the Cookie settings button at the foot of every page. Other requests go to @korobium on Telegram or to +7 925 638-74-56; the operator replies within 10 working days. You may also complain to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

8. Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), third-party scripts are limited by a Content Security Policy, only the operator has access to the server and to correspondence, and server software is kept up to date.

9. Changes

The operator may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. How cookies are used is described in the Cookie Policy.
